Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and other family law matters.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Manage case deadlines and client expectations
Qualifications:
Licensed in New Jersey and New York to practice law
2–5 years of family law experience preferred
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
