We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Data Entry/Secretary to join our fast-paced immigration paralegal office. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a professional legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide front-office support including answering phones and scheduling appointments
Communicate effectively with clients in person and over the phone
Data entry and document management (typing, scanning, filing)
Assist in preparing immigration cases and completing immigration applications
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Prior experience in an immigration office or legal setting is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
