The Role
The Residential Home Improvement Salesperson is an integral part of the LA Design and Construction team. You are the driving force behind new and existing customer relationships. While demonstrating specialized customer service, you build genuine trust to acquire new business and secure the foundation for future projects.
Responsibilities
-Meet with prospective clients to review and generate scope of work for residential renovations
-Generate accurate estimates to create detailed proposals based on site inspection
-Meet with clients to deliver proposals, review the project, and close with the customer
-Log activity in the sales portion of Company CRM
-Generate leads for future business opportunities
-Communicate necessary information for a custom handoff with Sr Project Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
5 + years home improvement sales experience
5 + years construction estimating
Proficient in reading blueprints
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
