Responsibilities:
Following recipes: prepping cream cheese spreads, salads, salad dressings, fruit platters, grilled meats and vegetables, and high volume sandwich preparation
Maintaining and rotating stock properly
Keep a clean and tidy work area
Skills required:
Ability to work well with others in small team environment
The willingness to assist others wherever possible
A positive and friendly attitude
Strong knife skills
Experience using all kitchen equipment (oven, large scale mixer, grill, blender)
2 years prep experience in a high volume kitchen
The ability to read and speak English
