Job Summary
BUSY CEO woman is seeking a highly organized right-hand and household PA to provide in and out-of-home support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various household tasks and executing errands to ensure the smooth operation of the household.
This role requires a high level of discretion and attention to detail! Role starts with ONE Saturday per month from 11am until - 4/5pm and has the potential to grow into more days (weekend shifts) if the need arises.
$150 CASH whether you finish the errands in 3 hours or 6 hours.
A. In-home operations
Ensure inventory of pantry and refrigerator/freezer are stocked with essential items
Ensure garbage is collected and taken out and recycling area is organized
Ensure critical items are always stocked, i.e. batteries, water, TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.
Check mailbox and any packages
B. Errands
Groceries – picking up items and/or creating online order and coordinating deliveries; includes trips to Costco, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Acme
Dry cleaning – pick up/drop off and sort clothes at home
Shoe repair – pick up/drop off items
Post office, UPS, Fed Ex and checking mail
Owner vehicle – ensure gas tank is full, vehicle is taken to car wash.
Other misc. errands, as needed.
Non-recurring tasks (based on seasonal needs)
Gift purchasing
Organizing storage closets
Event planning
Develop plan/cleaning schedule for appliances
Requirements and Qualifications
Exceptional organizational, time-management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Tech-savviness, keen eye for detail and flexible.
MUST have Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for running errands or ability to driver owners SUV.
Must have email address.
MUST be non-smoker.
No pets in home.
