Our facility in Somerset County New Jersey has an opening for a caretaker. Duties include grounds keeping (lawn maintenance, general clean-up) cleaning rest rooms and maintaining supplies, pool maintenance and testing, general maintenance of grounds and facilities (Including kitchen, showers, clubhouse, etc.) as well as serving as first contact with vendors and business related visitors. This opening is part-time for the beginning, which may become full-time by the fall. Full time position includes additional benefits such as vacation time.
Applicants should be able-bodied, have a valid driver's license, be familiar with lawn and out-door tools, available for occasional on-call events and emergencies. Reference from previous places of employment will be required.
