The Role:
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture rental business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from warehouse management to delivery logistics. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing our processes, managing our inventory, and leading our operations team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of furniture rentals to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Lead and develop a team operations staff, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics coordinators.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize rental turnaround times.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
