Is over 30, strong, and dependable
Has a valid driver’s license
Shows up with a steady attitude and work ethic
Might drive Uber/Lyft or have side hustles
Is open to being on camera (no acting, just real work shown)
Has creative ambition, even if it’s just an appreciation for good ideas and building something from the ground up
