Maintenance-cleaning personnel needed

Looking for a dependable, knowledgeable maintenance personnel who can work 7am-3pm utilizing our cleaning equipment to clean our warehouse daily as well as outside grounds (picking up debris), cleaning the office weekly, and cleaning the bathrooms weekly. Would also be responsible to keep dispensers for paper and soap filled. Would ideally like to find someone who has had previous experience handling a ride on scrubber / sweeper.
