Requirements:
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance
Smartphone (Android/iPhone) with a decent camera.
Access to a printer if needed.
Looking for field inspector to conduct photo inspections of real estate (residential and commercial). No experience needed, just need to be an efficient driver, be quick on your camera phone and have some common sense.
Most inspections are just drive-by, some interior walk-throughs, and some (rarely) are scheduled with a homeowner/point of contact.
Our office makes your optimized route/run for the next day you go out and complete using our mobile app and submit the work from the field.
Routes/Runs can pay anywhere from $150-250 depending on the clients we are servicing, the amount of driving/distance that's involved, and the number of inspections on the route. A run/route is designed to take you anywhere from 4-8 hours to complete depending on how efficient you are. As long as you complete it all that day, we don't care how long it takes you.
It's like being a delivery driver going address to address, but instead of delivering packages, your taking photos and completing a form on the mobile app.
Work must be performed during daylight hours and some weekends may occasionally be required.
Training is available. This will pay as a 1099 contractor position as you are using your own vehicle, smartphone, etc It can start as part time, but if you want to take on additional routes and we see that you can handle it, we can make it happen.
Many of our inspectors also do other gigs like food delivery apps, etc So this is a perfect flexible opporunity to add on some extra income.
