Prior professional Gardening, planting, landscaping experience required
Job is in Sparta, NJ. You must have reliable transportation to and from work each day, Monday-Friday.
As a landscape enhancement crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' gardens and landscapes. Focusing on the details of each landscape. If you have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as mulching, weeding, pruning, deadheading, seasonal pruning.
-Perform detail work on residential and commercial properties. Focusing on planting and landscape bed maintenance, weeding, etc.
- Planting of seasonal flowers, seasonal displays and decorations, flower bulbs, containers,etc.
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new garden and seasonal decor layouts
- Clean and maintain garden equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in gardening
- Knowledge of flowers and shrubs and their installation and maintenance
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools for gardening tasks
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with landscape design principles for creating visually appealing gardens
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
