1. Administrative Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain records.
- Assist in coordinating company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Car Loaders
Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload vehicles for auctions and shipping.
- Inspect vehicles for damages and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in vehicle handling or a related field.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
3. Forklift Drivers
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move vehicles and equipment within the facility.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Experience in operating forklifts, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
