Must be able to multitask, greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeaner. Must be able to converse well over the phone and must be computer literate.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting customers with friendly customer service both in store and over the phone, create everyday bouquets for walkin customers, processing of flowers, maintaining the retail displays, plant care, and other day to day duties required to run a floral shop.
