Seeking someone with basic hand tool skills. If you know to solder would be helpful and if not, we can easily teach to solder like a pro quickly. Many have learned that never did it before but are motivated and have been hired by us. The primary work is assembling power and data cables and measuring/cutting/coiling cables. There is no exposure to any shock hazards. The warehouse work involves helping pull and pack orders, unload sea containers once every 3 weeks or so, general organizational labor, light cleanup, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50# by yourself. The right candidate will learn a lot. If you have a CDL license, there is driving you can also do for additional hours and weekend OT if interested.
Typical hours are 7:30 am to 5pm with lunch 12:30 to 1PM and 2 x 15 minute breaks and can vary slightly as needed. 8 hour work days overall. Looking for candidates that can communicate at least in basic English and able to follow directions as needed. We do have people here that speak Spanish but not 100% of the time that can assist. Reliable transportation or other means to get to work is important. This job is offered as full time but will also consider part time for well qualified candidates to work a few days/week or half days, etc.
