Custodian

In need of part-time, full-time person. Able to clean floors, bathrooms, taking out trash. other responsibilities are setting up tables and chairs breaking down tables and chairs. Checking the building for leaks and mechanical problems. Routine maintanance, changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, repairing locks, clearing drains, plus other maintanance responsibilities.
