SOS Work Services of Springfield, NJ is looking to hire a full-time commercial/residential Construction Apprentice/Helper
The position includes performing commercial/residential service for our clients.
The qualified applicant will be required to drive all company vehicles, including Box Trucks and Work Vans to our clients’ homes to assist Construction Foreman with troubleshooting, perform diagnosis, offer options, perform repairs and perform installations for all construction projects

Limited Construction Experience
Basic knowledge of Hand and Power Tools
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical tasks associated with performing service and installations for heating and/or cooling equipment
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background screening
Ability to pass periodic drug tests
Must possess own tools

- Work Schedule
The typical schedule for this position is am to 7:30 - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. To better serve our customers there is also after hours service with an on-call rotation. This offers an opportunity to earn extra money for overtime.
