Wholesale Bakery is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great snacks, and know how to keep operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shift operations and delegate tasks to staff
Monitor product quality control.
Maintain proper production flow.
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Responsible and Detail oriented
Follow instructions, policies and procedures.
Be able to lift 30lbs.
Fluent in English and Spanish
We will train for the job.
Requirements:
Prior experience in food service or hospitality with at least 2 year Supervisor Experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Must be dependable, punctual
