We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.) to identify issues.

- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.).

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools.

- Repair or replace faulty parts (engine components, brakes, belts, hoses, etc.).

- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

- Provide cost estimates and explain repairs to customers.

- Keep work area clean and organized, following safety protocols.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).

- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

- Valid driver’s license

- Must have your own tools

Work Environment:

- Used Car dealership, independent shop

- Full-time including Saturday if needed.
