HOME CARE AGENCY IN ESSEX COUNTY AREA LOOKING FOR PRN RN NURSES
-Develop and implement the service plan as applicable and regularly reassesses the needs of the client.
-observe and report symptoms , reaction to treatments , drugs, and changes in the patients physical or emotional condition
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Conduct assessments for ADL'S and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and ensure proper utilization.
Skills:
-graduate of an accredited school of nursing
-Valid RN license
- CPR certified
-1-3 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- in home care new client assessment experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to interact positively with the rest of the staff
- Strong send of initiative and urgency in addressing unexpected patient crises
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and to submitting all documentation in a timely fashion.
