Part time HHA/house sitter/ therapy aide

My son, 21, has anxiety, and is essentially homebound. He is NOT violent. I need a person to be able to spend few hours with him, several times a week, to talk, do activities like board games, maybe some exercise, maybe going for a walk. Maybe act as a life coach in a way. Also, when we go away, like for a weekend, you need to stay overnight, watch the house, light cooking, attend to his questions.
