We are looking for a friendly, organized Bilingual (Spanish–English) Receptionist to join our chiropractic/physical therapy office. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them feel welcome while managing appointments, patient records, and office communications.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in Spanish and English
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Translate forms and instructions for Spanish-speaking patients
Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain patient records
Keep reception area clean and organized
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Prior medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
Professional, friendly, and dependable
legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to file their own taxes (i.e., they must have a valid SSN or ITIN).
