Qualifications:
Must be fluent English/Spanish
Must be certificate
High school diploma or equivalent required; has to hold Certification in Activity Director
Two years’ experience working with developmentally disabled adults, including planning and conducting activities for this population
Valid driver’s license in good standing with car registration and vehicle insurance
All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes
Reliable, responsible, and caring nature
Strong organizational and communication skills
