Responsibilities:
For Servers:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through our Italian culinary offerings with enthusiasm and expertise.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met.
Served food and beverages promptly and courteously, provided recommendations, and answered questions about our menu.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
For Runners:
Assist servers in delivering food to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and ensure orders are complete.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
Assisted with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
For Servers:
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
For Runners:
Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Willingness to assist in various areas of restaurant operations as needed.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
