Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in creating and executing mouthwatering Italian dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards adherence.
Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus and specials showcasing the best Italian cuisine.
Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in an Italian restaurant or similar culinary environment.
In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional cuisines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
