Tito’s Burritos & Wings is growing their team in Morristown Who Are We? It is believed that Tito was born in the small beach village of Todos Santos, on Mexico’s Baja peninsula - or maybe it was just outside of Haleiwa, on the North Shore of Oahu.

Then again, it might have been the town of Balboa, on the Pacific coast of Panama.

Truth is, no one’s quite sure where he’s from! Whenever he’s asked, Tito simply leansback, scratches his chin & replies (in his own language that we call “Tito-Speak”), “I come from da beach, brah. No matter where I am, I’m always at da beach!”

Spoken like a true hedonist. It’s that love for the hedonistic beach lifestyle & good times that’s at the heart & soul of Tito’s Burritos & Wings.

At Tito’s Burritos & Wings, our slogan is, “It’s all good,” & that motto applies to the whole philosophy we built our business on.

In other words, we are 100% committed to giving our customers nothing but goodness; the tastiest food, prepared & served in a casual & easy-going manner, always at a good value.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR A shift supervisor is focused primarily on assisting the management team with employee supervision, restaurant operations and guest satisfaction on their assigned shifts. In this non exempt hourly position, we look for people with a passion for exciting & delighting our guests, serving perfect food, demonstrating pride in a job well done and having a team focused, positive attitude. The ideal candidate for this position would be well respected among their peers, demonstrate good maturity and positive interpersonal skills and have a desire for additional supervisory responsibility.Job RequirementsFully cross train and work effectively in all FOH and BOH positionsConsistent demonstration of outstanding service performanceAbility to lead by example with peersPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of food and supplies which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth in this position descriptionCompletion of food safety training certificationsAbility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as neededShift Supervisor Tasks & Responsibilities Ability to process information through POS systemAbility to communicate and interact with team members and guests to resolve service concernsAbility to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and process payment transactions; ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the jobAccurate verification of daily line check standardsPerform functions on the POS and computer as needed to complete the shift’s operations and end of shift paperwork; these responsibilities should only be used during shift supervisor assigned shiftsEnforce company policies and procedures during operations and follow Tito's Burritos uniform guidelinesEnsure adequate staffing during the shift to meet guest experience standards and labor goal requirementsAdhere to local and state food safety guidelinesManage safety and sanitation guidelines for both the guest and employees during every shift; is prepared to manage emergency situations during a shiftAdheres to proper cash handling proceduresManage the quality production of all food while meeting ticket time standards and minimizing food wasteBe able to perform FOH and BOH team member tasks & responsibilities as neededShift Supervisors do not have the authority to hire, discipline or terminate team members; these are functions only performed by a General Manager Come join our team today!
