We are seeking a front of house supervisor with some hosting responsibilities. The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in exceptional customer service and making sure our diners have the best dining experience possible. You will work closely with and report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver a high standard professional greeting to guests & show them to their seats.
Manage telephone, reservation book & waitlist as necessary. Resy experience is preferred but will train.
Coordinate with the GM and anticipate & handle any problems with both staff & guests as they arise.
Supervise a team of front of house staff including training and general supervision.
Oversee all opening and closing duties of the restaurant, and ensure cleanliness is maintained.
Ensure the dining room is set up to standard for service & bartenders/servers duties are properly carried out throughout the shift.
Balancing all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS.
Willing to jump in, help out and do whatever is needed to provide the best dining experience.
Able to positively promote our brand & product to our guests by knowing all menu items.
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of front of house experience. Management experience is a plus.
Must have experience working in a bar setting & familiar with spirits & cocktails.
Excellent customer service skills & welcoming personality.
$22/hour
4 days per week. Thursday - Sunday
