Compensation: $19-$22 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 45-50 hours per week, 6 days per week
Job Summary:
Frank Anthony’s is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef/Line Cook specializing in the sauté station to join our team. We are a gourmet Italian restaurant known for our high-quality cuisine and exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes on the sauté station, following our recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Monitor inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager for replenishment.
Requirements:
Minimum of [X years] of experience as a line cook, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
