Busy downtown Jersey City bar/restaurant seeks a motivated Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to join an established kitchen.
Duties would include expediting, ordering, covering the line and keeping kitchen organized and clean
Immediate start available but not required.
Experience in a legitimate full service restaurant with saute/grill/GM stations a must.
