`Duties```

```Qualifications```
2 Years Kitchen experience.
- Proven experience as a Lead Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with menu planning, recipe development, and portion control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in Kosher is a plus
