ey Responsibilities:
As a Runner:
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
Ensure that all orders are complete before serving.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with setup for events.
As a Busser:
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Assist servers in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Refill water and bread baskets as needed.
Support the team during peak hours to ensure a smooth service flow.
As a Barback
Key Responsibilities:
Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area (wipe down surfaces, clean spills, etc.).
Assist with keg changes and replenishment of beer taps.
Help bartenders during busy shifts by running drinks and collecting glassware.
Prepare garnishes and ensure the bar is ready for service.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support bartenders and bar operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
