We’re searching for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Overnight Bagel and Donut Dough Prep Specialist & Baker/Fryer. Seeking a part-time candidate with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Dough: Mix, knead, and prepare bagel and donut dough following recipes and procedures.
Shape and Prep: Shape bagels and donuts consistently and get them ready for baking.
Operate Equipment: Safely use baking equipment like mixers, proofers, and ovens.
Baking: Bake bagels and donuts while maintaining quality.
Monitor Inventory: Track ingredients and supplies, and report shortages.
Clean Work Area: Keep the kitchen, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency in quality, appearance, and taste.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience required.
ServSafe certification is mandatory.
Must have the physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
A valid Social Security Number or Tax ID is required.
