ABOUT THE JOB:
Court’s Empanadas is looking for a skilled and reliable chef to join our team. We specialize in fresh, handcrafted empanadas and need someone who can handle a busy kitchen, work fast, and keep the quality high.
You DO NOT need a culinary degree. You DO NEED real kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. If you know how to handle food, follow recipes, work clean, and take direction, we will train you on the rest.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Cooking and preparing empanadas and other menu items from scratch.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Following food safety procedures and maintaining high standards.
Moving quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
Working as a team and helping wherever needed.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must have experience working in a restaurant kitchen (not just at home).
Must be able to handle a busy, high-energy environment.
Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work.
Must be able to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.
