We are hiring full time employees to fill the following roles (ENGLISH NOT REQUIRED)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Positions Include
1. MAIN LINE COOK(RESUME REQUIRED, EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s menu, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
-Assist in creating new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
-Manage kitchen prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
-Ensure proper food storage and rotation to minimize waste.
-Keep a calm, positive attitude under pressure and during peak service hours.
2. Dishwasher (RESUME NOT REQUIRED)
cleaning, washing dishes, and any cleaning needs
3. PREP COOK (RESUME REQUIRED, EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
Assist with preparation for the week such as chopping, cleaning meats, making sauces and dressings, basic cooking
