We at Mrs Fields of American Dream mall are looking for a manger to join our staff. Managerial experience necessary. Primary responsibilities will be to manage staff and make sure everything runs smoothly on your shift. We will train you on the particulars of what we do and how we do it. Need to be polite and friendly, both to staff and customers. My vision for a manager is to help our employees be the best they can be. Working with them and showing them what to do and not only telling them what to do. I give my managers a lot of room to run their shift as they see fit.
