We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who thrives in a busy kitchen and has a passion for Italian cuisine. Ideal candidates are team players, detail-oriented, and eager to grow alongside our expanding restaurant group.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to our high-quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service.
Assist with prep work and stock management as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for great food.
