Looking for someone who is/has:
HS graduate minimum required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position.
Able to work in high pressure, fast paced environment during peak hours, as well as slow days.
A Team Player – we work better when we work in synergy. If you need help, ask for help!
Capable of using POS system.
Job duties will include but not limited to :
Welcoming and greeting guests.
Seating guests in a timely and orderly fashion.
Learning the dessert menu and being able the identify and describe to customers.
Preparing desserts for dine in and to go; and prepare milkshakes as needed.
Manage cash register closing checks with cash receipts and credit card receipts.
Willing to Learn extensive food menu and capacity to take out orders over the phone. Develop ability to handle difficult orders.
Coachable
Duties will be trained over time. Experience preferred.
Holidays and weekends are mandatory (rotation).
Shifts currently available are 7-3, 8-4, 3-10, and 4-11.
