Fine dining restaurant is seeking a Host/Hostess
Customer service and team work oriented.
Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Presenting daily specials to guests.
Managing reservations: Keep track of reservations, answer phone calls, and seat walk-in customers
Escorting guests: Show guests to their tables and introduce them to their server
Providing information: Offer menus, make recommendations, and answer questions
Communicating: Provide accurate wait times to guests and communicate with servers about seating and table times
Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the reception area clean and organized, and make sure tables are cleared and set
Assisting with other tasks: Take takeaway orders and help bus staff prepare the dining area
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concern or questions.
Adhere to opening and closing side duties.
