Requirements:
5 years experience in cooking at an upscale restaurant
Above par knife skills
Ability to work under pressure, during high volume situations
Ability to work a six day work week Tuesday-Sunday
Knowledge of working the grill, sautee and salad position
Knowledge of placing orders, and relaying orders that need to be purchased to the chef
An above average eye for keeping things clean
Ability to help others, and be a team player
Willingness to go above what your asked for, we are trying to make this the best restaurant in Hoboken, this is the energy I am looking for.
Compensation:
Depends on the person and skill set. Could be hourly, or salary, depending on the cook. If you’re good, we will commit.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 3pm-11pm Saturday and Sunday 11am-11pm
