Experienced Salad/Sandwich Maker

We are looking for an experienced salad/sandwich maker for our concept Lucianos Homemade in Westwood NJ. You are responsible for all the prep associated with your stations. That includes slicing cold cuts, prepping homemade dressings, homemade sauces, breading for chx cutlets, baking fresh bread daily and any other duties needed to ensure your station is properly filled. You are also responsible for cleaning your stations and assisting with any other cleaning duties needed. We work as a team here so there is no "it's not my job."
