We are seeking someone with experience working in a steakhouse or fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will know how to work with high-quality meats, handle proper grilling/temperature techniques, and prepare sides and accompaniments with consistency and attention to detail. Prepare and cook steaks to exact temperature and guest specifications
Assist with prep, sauté, grill, and plating as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during high-volume service
