Take orders and prepare customer orders as received. Provide exceptional customer service to every customer while working as a team with other Deli / Juice Bar Associates.Responsibilities· Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner· Properly operate equipment required for preparing products for customers including juicers, steam stations, blenders, etc.· Prepare, package, weigh and price products for sale· Prepare menu items and additional products according to company procedures· Maintain a clean and well organized work station· Properly label and maintain signage of products including ingredients and allergen information· Properly set up and break down the deli according to company procedures· Manage quality and freshness of products by properly rotating and monitoring dates· Follow and comply with standard procedures from Weights and Measures, health and sanitation and safe work practices.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities· Attention to detail and ability to examine products for quality and freshness· Ability to follow directions and established procedures· Displays enthusiasm and passion about our products· Ability to sell proactively and educate customers about our products· Good communication skills· Great customer service skills· Team orientedJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
