At Milk Sugar Love, we make one of the top three ice creams in the state and have been featured in the New York Times as well as Thrillist, Tastemade, Infatuation, Found In and Business Insider. We make all our ice cream and baked goods by hand in our kitchen in Jersey City, using only all natural milk and cream to create our unique, chef-driven flavors.
Working the Milk Sugar Love ice cream counter involves making and serving all menu items while interacting with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Making our guests feel welcome and cared for is at the heart of our business and we are looking for team members who can help turn first time guests into life time fans.
All applicants must:
be able to start immediately
be able to stay until 11 p.m. (all shifts are 2pm to 11pm or 4pm to 11pm)
be able to work AT LEAST 2 shifts per week (1 weekday shift and 1 weekend shift)
work through the summer of 2025
have a social security number
live in Jersey City
be 19 years old or older
