Head Chef wanted for dinner shift. American/Middle Eastern cuisine specialty. Hours are from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm with Mondays off.
Average 50 - 54 hours per week. Weekly gross $1,400 - $1,600 per week depending upon hours worked and commissions based on weekly sales. Candidate must have experience running a kitchen. Must have open communication with kitchen staff and ability to work in collaboration with management. Focus on American/Middle Eastern cuisine, attention to detail and plate presentation and portion control.
