We’re searching for a talented Bread Baker to join our team!
Minimum 2 years experience required.
You’ll be baking fresh bread daily in a traditional taboon oven, so experience with artisanal or Middle Eastern breads is a plus.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional bread baking experience
Skilled in working with traditional ovens (taboon/stone/fire)
Knowledge of dough fermentation and hand shaping
Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about fresh, quality bread
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake various breads in a taboon oven
Maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness
Help create an authentic, welcoming bakery experience
