Best Pizza is the original high end slice shop, opened in 2010 by Frank Pinello of Vice's Pizza show, seeking a General Manager for our American Dream outpost.
Management background and weekend availability are required. High volume Pizza making is a must.
We are looking for an organized-detail oriented professional with a positive attitude. Applicants should be comfortable multitasking, working with a team, providing customer service and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
Oversight of all aspects of pizzeria operations including but not limited to
-Hiring, training, developing and motivating staff
-Ordering product
-Inventory management
-Providing customer service
-Maintaining company standards of service, culture, product, and cleanliness
Requirements
-Minimum 5+years management in high volume setting
-Ability to cover all stations including pizza making, prep, register
-Reliable transportation
-Positive attitude
