Bartender Job Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to recommend drinks and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies during and after shifts.
Collaborate with barbacks and team members to ensure smooth service.
Server Job Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and check in with guests during their visit.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas.
Handle payments and resolve any guest concerns professionally.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
