Kurnat Woodworking LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Engineer - Millwork Engineer to join our team. We are a dynamic and innovative cabinet and millwork shop dedicated to producing high-quality products for our clients. If you have a passion for woodworking, are proficient with CAD/CAM programs, and have extensive experience with CNC operations, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CAM operations and run CNC production for our cabinet and millwork shop.
Operate and maintain our Biesse Rover A router, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to produce cabinets, millwork parts for finish carpentry, and MDF doors.
Utilize your expertise in woodworking and CNC technology to speed up production processes.
Work closely with team members to share knowledge, experience, and strengths, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve processes and output quality, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with CAD/CAM programs and CNC operations.
Proficiency with woodworking machinery, particularly routers.
In-depth knowledge of the Biesse Rover A router is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
Team-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
