NJ Driving School, located in Kearny, NJ, is seeking multiple full-time and part-time Driving Instructors (Experienced) to join our team. Our company offers high-quality, on-the-road driving education programs throughout most of Northern New Jersey, with our main office being located in Kearny. As a driving instructor, you will teach students how to safely and effectively navigate public roadways, while also preparing them for the NJMVC road test.
Successful candidates should possess:
-A valid driving instructor certification issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
-Prior experience as a driving instructor
-A valid New Jersey Driver's License, coupled with exceptional driving abilities
-Outstanding communication and customer service skills
We are particularly looking for instructors who can work afternoon hours and/or weekends. Base pay is $25 per hour, with opportunities to increase wages over time for committed employees. Additionally, commissions are available for receiving positive customer feedback.
