We are looking for a kind and intelligent self motivated employee to assist customers with ordering on our website. We are online business. You must be able to multi-task and be a quick learner.
Must be able to start immediately from 9am-5pm.
General Requirements:
1. Answer phones and take messages.
2. Process online orders
3. Make invoices in Quickbooks
4. Must be able to multi-task
5. Must work fast
6. Office is a very fast paced environment
7. Spanish speaking is a plus
Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
Experience: 2-4 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
