CSM Trucking is looking for a customer service team co-leader that has prior INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. The individual must know Import / Export Trucking and have a working knowledge of the NY / NJ Piers.
Duties include but are not limited to the below:
Creating files from customer broker delivery orders.
Tracking vessel arrivals and up-dating ETA's.
Scheduling delivery appointments with customers.
Interacting with dispatch to execute daily delivery plans.
Tracking containers and chassis to minimize demurrage and per diem costs.
Interact with dispatch to secure pick up and return appointments at APM and Port Liberty Terminals.
Must be bilingual in English/ Spanish.
The right candidate must work a full-time shift from 8:30am/5:30pm. Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sundays off.
